How long will it take it ship?
Your order will ship will be on its way to you within 1-2 business days of placing the order.
Tracking details will be sent as soon as they ship. Please note we are not responsible for delivery delays or any other issues once the order leaves our warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within Switzerland.

Can I edit or cancel an order?
We do our best to process orders straight away. So, please contact us asap at info@tenderloveandcarry.ch if you need to cancel an order.
We cannot edit orders once they are placed, but we may be able to cancel an order if it hasn’t shipped – so you can amend with the correct items.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged as soon as your order has been confirmed.

What if I decide I don't like my TLC Bag?
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on an item.
However, if the item is faulty in some way, please email with information on the fault to us at info@tenderloveandcarry.ch
What is the best way to care for my TLC Bags?
We recommended cleaning with a damp cloth. Or use an antibacterial wipe.
We do not recommend machine washing any of our bags.
